Gramercy Brass Orchestra of New York, with the brass section of the American Symphony Orchestra. A program of brass band music from Victorian England. Works by Elgar and his contemporaries. This concert is part of the Bard Music Festival, and is at the Fisher Center in Annandale-on Hudson.
