Sunday January 25, 2009 - 4pm

I'm playing principal trumpet for the complete production of Richard Strauss' opera Elektra. The group is One World Symphony, and these performances mark the 100th anniversary of the work's premiere. General admission is $40, seniors & students get in for $30. I can get up to two complimentary tickets per performance, so if you'd like to come see it for free, send me an email - first come, first served! This performance will be really wonderful - an 80+ piece orchestra in an intimate setting. There will also be English supertitles, for those of you who haven't brushed up on your German. This performance is at Ansche Chesed Synagogue - 251 West 100th Street (corner of West End Avenue) in Manhattan. We're also performing this in Brooklyn, NY two days earlier (see below).
